WIAW #3 and 1/2 Marathon Training Day 2

 Welcome to What I Ate Wednesday #3!
Peas and Crayons

Here's my eats for the day:
Half the Clif bar before workout, the other half and the apple after. The peanut butter pretzel flavor is pretty darn good, but I have to say the chocolate almond is better!
Fresh strawberries from the farmers market

Tall hazelnut steamed milk- Skim milk and half the syrup

Veggies and Greek yogurt- sorry for poor quality photo!

The end of my bowl of cherries. I may have refilled it once or twice!

Santa Fe Chicken Breasts-  ate it on iceberg lettuce with 1/2 an avocado

Chicago style popcorn- Carmel popcorn mixed with cheddar popcorn. Sounds disgusting, but it is absolutely addicting!

As for the fitness aspect of it all, today was day 2 of my half marathon training! I am happy to report that my foot feels awesome after my first two runs. On the schedule today was a 30 min tempo run. I pushed it a little, but not too hard as I'm still worried that my foot is going to crap out on me. It feels so good to be running again though!

Back, Biceps, Chest, Triceps

I'm hoping to get a swim or a bike ride in tonight,depending on if the weather holds out. It's not looking too promising right now.

  1. OMG, I LOVE Chicago style popcorn!!! It does look gross at first but holy God, it is addicting!!!
