I'll start off with my What I ate Wednesday first:
|1/2 c milk, 2 carrots, kale, banana, 1/8 C oatmeal, cinnamon, ice|
Snack #1- Cottage Cheese and Pineapple
Lunch- Leftover Asian Lettuce Wraps (on a salad)
Snack #2- Iced Coffee and roasted chickpeas (my new favorite snack!!)
Dinner- Mushroom and Kale Lasagna Rolls and Green Salad (lasagna roll recipe at skinnytaste.com)
Evening Snack- Popcorn (scarfed it too quickly to remember to take a picture!!)
Pretty decent day of eats if I do say so myself!
Now, onto my New Years Resolutions update....
1. Run 13 races in 2013
Still no races, but I am registered for my first one this year on March 16 in Calgary! I'm really looking forward to it, and depending on the weather I feel I my have a PR coming on :) Check out my 2013 races tab to see the ones I am planning on participating in this year!
2. Try out crossfit
I have a date with a friend to try crossfit on Thursday night!! I'm really nervous, but also really excited! I'll let you all know how it goes!
3. Be able to do 50 real pushups in a row
Last month I was up to 6, this month up to 9. Obviously I need to focus on this a little more, my goal is to be up to 15 by the end of March- maybe crossfit will help with this??
4. Try 1 new dinner recipe per month
We tried quite a few new recipes in February, here's a quick list of the ones that I remember:

5. Read 52 books this year
I had a busy month, and I only ended up getting 3 books read this month, for a total of 12 so far this year! Check out this month's reads here.
