Real Food Day 5 and WIAW #10

It's been quite a while since I jumped in on the What I Ate Wednesday fun, but since I'm logging my eats this week anyways, Why not?? I'm liking the theme this month too, it's something I'm working on right now :)
 Peas and Crayons

 Today is day 5 of my real food challenge and I'm still going strong! I'm happy to report it's a lot easier than I thought it would be!

Breakfast- Stovetop oatmeal with sliced bananas, walnuts, hemp hearts and a drizzle of maple syrup
 

Snack- Apple and peanut butter dip (1 tbsp natural PB, 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt)


Lunch- Tuna Lettuce wraps. I mixed a can of tuna with some black pepper and lemon juice and ate it on romaine lettuce leaves. One of my favorite easy lunches!


Dinner- Quinoa Curry Salad. I had it warm tonight to mix things up! I also had a green salad on the side.

Snack- Random snack: A slice of cheese and a brown rice cake with peanut butter

Still need to work on more veggies!!

Activity for the day was an easy 5km run outside. We had blue sky today, it was so exciting!! Once I was done my run, I came home and did BBB workout C- Back and Arms. They're definitely going to be sore tomorrow, I can feel it already!

    1. It's so good! this was my first time buying it! I usually get my PB from Trader Joe's when I go to Spokane but I ran out before I got the chance to head down there. I got the chunky kind, and I think it's my new favorite!
