We had such an awesome time in Spokane this weekend!!
We left on Friday and stopped for a little shopping along the way. I got a really cute dress for work at Khols, and a cardi and a t-shirt at Target. We got to our friends place right around dinner time, so we headed out in search of food! We ended up eating at this cute little diner called Maggie's, and I had the best sweet potato fries ever! After dinner we hit up Trader Joe's to get some snacks for the rest of our evening (their kettle corn is dynamite!!)
Saturday was busy, but fun. We took our friends dog for a walk in the park by their apartment in the morning, then headed into town for more shopping. We hit up Costco, The General Store, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Nordstrom Rack. We took a shopping break halfway through our day to go to Post Falls to meet our friend Jeremy for lunch (he unfortunately had to go to school for part of the day). After Jeremy got home from school we headed over to go for a walk at a different dog park, and stpped to pick up the best pizza in the world on the way home. The rest of the evening was spent just hanging out and playing games.
On Sunday we stopped at Trader Joe's on our way out of town we stopped at Trader Joe's to stock up on our favorites! We had a cooler with us, so we decided to bring home a bag of Orange Chicken to try for dinner- it was seriously unreal! So yummy!! I ate mine on lettuce with steamed broccoli mixed in and a little rice on top!
Today's Meal Plan Monday is a short one.
My friend Kirsten and I are headed to Calgary on Wednesday afternoon to go and spend a few days with our friend Ali. We are planning to do some shopping, hot yoga, and we are all registered to do a St Patty's day 5K on Saturday! I'm really looking forward to it :)
So, here is my 2 day Meal Plan Monday.Will is only home tonight and then gone for work for a week, so I decided on quick and easy so we wouldn't have a bunch of leftovers sitting around going bad!
Monday- Clean eating chicken stir fry (from the eat clean diet cookbook)
Tuesday- Cafe Rio Style Salad (with the leftover dressing that I took home!!)
