I've decided to make a second attempt at a 50 day running streak. I made it to 12 days on my first attempt due to poor weather, school stress,
This time, I'm ready. The weather is nice, I'm not stuck on a treadmill which is a bonus.
Oh, and I have this guy that I need to whip into shape:
Meet Murphy! He's Baxter's new BFF. His owner was getting rid of him because she didn't want him for breeding anymore, and Baxter's been awfully lonely since my parent's dog Jack died, so we went and picked him up this morning! Him and Baxter have been playing non stop all day, but the poor boy is in terrible shape! We have plenty of time to work on that though :) He's only 2 and needs a bit of training, but he is such a nice and lovey little guy!
I'll keep you all posted on how this run streak progresses!
Onto Meal Plan Monday:
Monday- Curried yam soup
Tuesday-Spaghetti squash with garlic, parmesan, and bacon
Wednesday- Crockpot Sweet Asian Meatballs with kobocha squash
Thursday- Pork stuffed acorn squash (Everyday Paleo Cookbook)
Friday- Chicken Enchiladas with green chili sour cream sauce.
Saturday- Will's night :)
Sunday- Steaks, Sweet potatos, corn
Saturday night is Will's night to take over the kitchen :) I generally cook most of our meals, so I usually plan our meals for the week. He works late quite often, and I love to cook so I have no problem with this arrangement. We decided that one night a week he's going to start making dinner and deciding what we're having! I'm looking forward to seeing what he comes up with!
