New Years Resoulutions Update #4

This post is more than a few days late, but here it is!

1. Run 13 races in 2013

Race #2 was completed- New PR!!! I did a post on that race here. I have one more race this month and then 2 coming up in June! Check out my 2013 races tab to see the rest of the races I am planning on participating in this year.
2. Try out crossfit

Starting my third month and I'm still in love! I am definitely noticing more definition in my arms and legs, and I'm sure it played a part in helping me PR my last race!

3. Be able to do 50 pushups in a row

Stupid pushups. I am up to about 6 real pushups now that I've learned how to do them properly. I'll keep trying, but I have a feeling 50 is a long shot!

4. Try 1 new dinner recipe per month

I forgot to keep track, I know we tried a few, but I cant remember how many exactly. Here are a couple of links to the ones I remember:

Crockpot Sweet Asian Meatballs - Will liked these, I was not a fan
Curried Yam soup - So yummy! I froze a bunch and I am eating some for lunch today!

5. Read 52 books this year
Whoops! I read a grand total of 0 books last month. With the weather being so gorgeous right now, I planning on more than making up for that this month!!
