My workouts from last week... a little more sparse than I would have liked!
Monday May 6-Rest day
Tuesday May 7- BBB Tabata work out, HIIT Intervals on the Tredmill
Wednesday May 6- AM-Crossfit tabata workout, PM Circuit workout
Thursday May 7-Walk 3km
Friday May 8-Crossfit- the longest crossfit workout I have ever done, I was sore for 2 days!
Saturday May 9- Day off (I try to have a rest day the day after I get a massage)
Sunday May 10- Off... I was being lazy :)
Wednesday evenings are quickly becoming one of my favorite nights of the week. I have been getting together with my friends Michelle, Kirsten and Jenny up at the college track, and we take turns planning a workout each week. It's a great way to get together and catch up! We used to get together and have coffee, but I'm liking the workout thing much better! This week is my week to plan, and I'll be posting the workout tomorrow.
This week my goal is to get in 2 days of crossfit, 4 runs, 2 bike rides and 2 swims. Wasa is coming up quickly, and I am definitely doing it for fun this year, not a PR! I should try to get in a couple of open water swims before then...brrrrrrr!
