Tabata has been my favorite kind of workout lately, it's a quick and effective way to gets some awesome cardio and strength benefits! For those of you who have an iPhone, I love using the gymboss timer app for tabatas, that way you don't have to watch the clock the whole time :) I decided to mix it up with arms, legs and core this week. I'm planning on posting another Tabata workout next week, so stay tuned for that!
