Workout Wednesday

As I mentioned yesterday, every Wednesday I get together with 3 girlfriends and do a workout. We take turns planning the workout, and this week is my week! I decided a little tabata action was just what we needed this week.


Tabata has been my favorite kind of workout lately, it's a quick and effective way to gets some awesome cardio and strength benefits! For those of you who have an iPhone, I love using the gymboss timer app for tabatas, that way you don't have to watch the clock the whole time :) I decided to mix it up with arms, legs and core this week. I'm planning on posting another Tabata workout next week, so stay tuned for that!

Anyone else love tabata workouts?

  1. That sounds like so much fun and accountability to get together with girlfriends every week and workout! Looks like a great routine! Thanks for the recommendation for the timer app! I've been looking for a good one! I downloaded "Seconds" the other day but haven't tried it yet.

    1. It's so great, and a good way to get new ideas too! and I love that timer app, I use it for tabatas and for HIIT on the treadmill so I can still listen to my music :)
