There are three parts to the scoring system- the food score, the performance score, and the body score.
For the food score everyone starts out with 40 points. You lose 1 point for every cheat meal/snack. Every week that you go without cheating you get 2 bonus points, and if you go the whole month with no cheats you get an extra 4 points. The highest food score you can get is 52 points. We have to submit a food journal each week.
The performance score is calculated with the workout Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you do 3 rounds of 5 moves with a one min break in between. Someone counts your reps and the total number of reps that you do during the workout is your final score. I scored 205 (I did 205 reps total during the 15 min workout), so when we do it again at the end of the challenge we get 1 point for every rep we do that's over our original score- for example if I score 210, I get 5 points.
The last part is the body score. We got our necks, shoulders, bust, waist, hips, thighs and calves measured, as well as our body fat % (that was fun..not!). We get 2 points for every inch/percent that we lose, and 1 point for 1/2 inch or percent.
I'm looking forward to seeing the results of this challenge. I have been slipping with my eating habits lately, so I think this is just what I need to get myself back on track!

I'm looking forward to this challenge- we all know how not awesome I am at sticking with things, so we'll see how it goes. I think doing it as a group definitely adds some motivation too!
