Back to the real world this week! I had an awesome 2 weeks off, but I'm ready to get back into a routine :)
Here are my workouts from last week:
Monday: 45 minute run/walk with the puppies, 15 minute Ab workout

Tuesday: 40 minute run with le doggies, 20 mins focused stretching <---- hate="" i="" p="" so="" stretching="" this="" tough="" was="">
Wednesday: Crossfit 60 mins including warm up and cool down
Thursday: 30 min walk
Friday: Crossfit 60 mins including warm up and cool down

Sunday: No workout!
I found it really easy to fit workouts in when I wasn't working. It should be interesting to see how this week goes! I was aiming for 60 mins/day last week, I didn't quite get that so I will try again this week!
