Move it Monday {5}

As a follow up to Friday's post, I am going to start recapping my weekly workouts again! It helps me to feel accountable, even if no one else reads them ;)

Mon 9- 30 day shred level 1, C25K Week 6 day 1
Tue 10- 30 day shred level 1
Wed 11- 30 day shred level 1
Thurs 12- off
Fri 13- 30 day shred level 1, 25 min run
Sat 14- off
Sun 15- 30 day shred level 1, c25K Week 6, day 3

On Friday I was going to do the Couch to 5 K Week 6 day 2 workout, but I decided just to try and run for 25 min continuously. I was able to do it, and I was pretty happy with that. I was a weird feeling to be happy about running for such a short period of time, but progress is progress :) I have one more day of level 1 of the 30DS (did that today) so tomorrow its onto level 2!

I have no workout photos from last week, so instead you get a picture of my little workout buddy! He woke up early from his nap the other day as I was finishing my workout, and was such a good sport about entertaining himself while I finished!
